So scared of the pain for upcoming Labor. No signs of contractions. Baby is in the right direction for Labor yet the baby is just cozy. How do I get rid of being scared for and of Labor pain?

It's kind of a slow progression, you don't immediately get hit with a lot of pain when labor starts.
It starts with something like period cramps, and slowly over several hours it gets more intense. This slow progression makes it much more bearable and easier to handle.
Once you have to stop and breathe through contractions, you can go to the hospital and hopefully you're 4cm dilated and ask for an epidural as soon as possible. Then it's smooth sailing!

Fearing or not the baby will have to come out, focus on the positives.
Yes you will feel discomfort and perhaps pain, but it does not mean you have to suffer!
Baby will be here soon, the more positive you think and put your mindset easier will be for your body to produce oxytocin and less suffering and pain you will feel, the more anxious and fearful you are the more adrenaline and pain you will feel
