Hospital bag checklist ✨
I feel like a lot of us have been discussing this for a while so I’ve pieced together what we’ve all said (water birth, c section mamas might need more). Other 2 x screenshots in the comments. If anyone spots anything missing feel free to add below ⬇️

On my to do list this weekend is to start my own hospital bag checklist so this has come at the perfect time for me!
Only thing I can see missing is body lotion and a handheld fan - they were on my notes as things often forgotten but super helpful xx
Just a heads up, pack more than 4 maternity pads 🫠 in the first couple days you can go through 3-4 a day maybe more lol. So just in case you're in for a couple days 😂 or at least keep extras in the car ❤️❤️ xxx
Not sure you’ll need to baby towel, maybe more than 6 nappies needed, keep your partners things in a separate bag because he might not need his stay over stuff - he can grab his bag from the car if he does
I’d pack more babygrows/vests too. Just incase you’re in there longer but also, they can be sick/dribble out their milk a lot so you’ll need a clean/dry one. Muslins too!! Can never have enough muslins 😅 and nappy sacks! It’s something that’s easily forgotten x
I would take more than 2 disposable underwear too! I ended up being in for 3 days and if you leak (which you probably will) you need to change! Mine came in a pack of 8 and I took the full pack!
We all want to be in for less than 24 hours, but pack for the worst case scenario! You can always bring it home with you!
