You’ve already done much better than me. Packing of any sort is always my kryptonite

That’s what I have too! My mum said to me and my husband to take your fave tea/coffee sachets and squash with you and cereal bars, things that are like a treat for you too! Me and my husband went to B&m and just got all our fave snacks to keep in the car😂

Oooh also a water bottle with a straw! So your partner can just hold it up to you and you can sip out of it super easy or grab it yourself etc ( this has been recommended to me by a few women) xx

Honest truth about C sections

I am a first time mother having an elective c section. I’ve been told that it’s a shame I am doing an elective as thank God my baby is healthy. I need to know is a C section better than a birth? If you have had both please share your experience below !

Two parties on the same day, WWYD?

Our DS was invited to his nursery best friend's birthday party one month in advance, we immediately confirmed. The party is 2 to 4pm.

About a week later we got another party invite from some long time friends. The party is the same day but from 12 to 2pm on the opposite side of the city, so it will take a 40 minute drive to get from one to the other. This child used to be best friend but they haven't been available to meet for the last year, so I was thinking about skipping this party. However, my child keeps asking about them and it is possible for us to attend, just complicated. So thought I would go and leave early (stay for hour and a half instead of 2 hrs) and go to the other party around 10 mins late.

Is it too rude to leave the first party early? We are staying for most of it. Or is it better no just not go?

What would you do?

3 days ago i started having contractions for 1 hour lasting one minute and it last me all day and stopped after 20 hours and i took some sleep after that day it came back but not that intense today it got super intense again and now its 3 to 4 in one hour lasting 30 to 45 seconds
tbh i started doing exercises, nipple simulation and took labour drink like juice and stuff
