Pregnant again!

I’m 9m pp had baby via emergency c section in July and I’m pregnant again! Only 3.5 weeks so early on- Baby would be due in December has anyone had c sections this close together ? They’ll be 17 ish months apart

Yeah, my two have a 17 month + someage gap, both boys! It's lovely!

They allowed me to go to 41 weeks to try for natural as I didn't want an induction again, if I wanted induction, they would have let me go to 42 weeks. I had a planned section booked in at 41 weeks.

I ended up having a planned section which was the best option for me as I was high risk for uterine rupture as I hadn't healed correctly.

It's a case by case thing but my second pregnancy was a lot easier than my first!

I fell pregnant 9months pp after my first and then 9months pp after my second. My first to my second was fine. My third i ended up with preeclampsia and was really ill to the point my daughter was premature and recovery after her was horrible but my boys was fine

Trying to feel pretty today and bring out my confidence

I’ve been feeling so ugly and disgusting lately (since I hit 20 weeks currently I’ll be 22 weeks on Thursday). I took a picture cuz I did somewhat my make up and kinda got dressed up but I still feel disgusting and ugly tho but here’s the picture

Contractions with closed cervix

I’ve been up at triage overnight since yesterday morning for movements. On the ctg and what I can feel is tightening/contractions and they’re in the high 50s/60s on the toco readings. The doctor checked my cervix because of this but it’s closed still, but I can still see them happening on the toco machine. They’ve also seen I have excess fluid around baby. I’m going home soon but it just worries me a little. Any information or advice would be great

Crazy contractions last night

Is this early/false labour - last night I had regular cramps which progressed into huge pressures. Started every 10 mins down to eventually every 2 mins. Was about to wake up my husband & get going but baby then did a huge somersaulting flip & they started to calm down. They went from every 2 mins, back to every 5, every 10 then eventually stopped.

Was baby just pushing on something to bring on braxton hicks or was that a false labour thing?

Just wanted to share

Today my daughter put her finger up and said ‘one second’ and went to pick up another toy 😂😂 I was in shock as this is the first time she’s done this just a big reminder of how quickly they grow up 🥹

Perineal massage

Hi ladies! I'm 35+3 and started doing perineal massage on Sunday (my husband is doing it for me). For those of you who have had children, did you do it and felt it benefited you?

Cervix is measuring 14mm

I’m 36.5 weeks and cervix is at 14mm and softening. OB said i might deliver soon by 37 weeks or so. Any idea if 37 weeker would need nicu stay ?
