Name spelling

I’m due a second little boy in July! My husband and I have decided on a name but we are unsure on spelling as there are 2 variations. It is not a common first name and I am UK based where it is more commonly a surname. In the UK it is more commonly spelled Callaghan with the G which is silent and has Irish roots. However, as a first name it is used more frequently in America spelled Callahan. Opinions on with or without the G?

Congratulations on your bundle of joy! I think it’s depends where you reside. If u happen to live in the UK then go with the G if u happen to live in US go for the other one. I’m from the US and think the spelling with the G is more pleasing to the eye. It’s also a conversation starter if he has irish roots 😁

Have you had this experience ?

I had my anatomy scan last week and baby looks great! 🥹 Everything looked normal, which was such a relief. When I reviewed the official report afterward, I noticed a diagnosis code that said “Supervision of high risk pregnancy,” and of course that made me a little nervous.

I messaged my doctor about it, and she explained that technically I’m labeled “high risk” because of my starting pregnancy weight (206 lbs), but she reassured me it’s not something they’re actually concerned about in my case. She emphasized that everything looked great on the ultrasound, baby is healthy, and I’m doing amazing so far.

That definitely made me feel a lot better, but I’m curious—has anyone else been told they’re technically high risk just based on weight around 200 lbs? 🥴

Labor

What was everyones first signs of labor? Or how did it start? FTM and I’m unsure if I’m in the early stages of labor.

Is this a good enough reason to consider doing a weight loss pill?

I am a big emotional eater/bored eater. I hate it and Ive tried so much... No matter what anytime I'm bored or sad I can't stop myself.all I think about is food and no matter what or how much I eat I always want more until I literally get sick...Do you think that's a good enough reason to go on weight loss pills?

Growing up too fast!

10 months old today. Started saying Mumma last week, 2 bottom teeth cut through today giving her 4 teeth now and this afternoon she started trying to take her first solo steps 😭😭 Why is it going soooo fast!? She was just my teeny newborn, I’m actually unwell at how fast she’s growing up haha 🥲🤍
