Hi! So this is my 18 month old’s hair. It’s often frizzy and I honestly don’t know what products to get or how to encourage those natural curls. My hair is completely straight so I haven’t got a clue. Please help. Her hair isn’t knotty at all though surprisingly

Same here, I’ve just been using child’s farm detangling spray and my little coco curling custard. I don’t have a clue but don’t want to put too much product in her hair. Neither of those give a ‘greasy’ look either

My niece is half Fijian and my sister in law swears by using cantu or the my little coco products, her main tip is don’t brush dry hair, she has a spray bottle which has some conditioner and water on and she will always spray my nieces hair before she brushes

Genuine question for moms that feed baby with breast milk and formula

Hi, I’m a young FTM & I’ve recently heard of a lot of women that do either formula or mixed feeding. Since I exclusively breastfeed, I am just genuinely curious of what are the various reasons women choose this option?
I know some like low milk supply, going back to work & wanting your partner to help - but is there many other ones that maybe are less common/talked about?

Also curious, does the baby not mind having both the boob and bottle if you do mixed feeding?

Sleepover

I have a question and I want to get yall view on it. My son having a sleepover with my bf nephew and niece. The boys are 10 the girl is 7. I said the niece can sleep on a blow up mattress in our room because she doesn't need to be in the same room as the boys. My bf said im thinking too deep into it. What's your view on it

Block tf outta me please

The amount of people in this group specifically who are just out right hateful and disrespectful. People come here for genuine advice and lasting friendships. Y'all be cheating on your partners, putting women down, talking trash about your own children or other peoples children. And no I didn't put it in incognito. Know my face and kindly fuck off.

People complaining about others who are busy taking care of their children. Not everyone is a stay at home mom. Not every one can drop what they're doing to go play at the park. Some people genuinely struggle texting back because they are present in the Childs life at all times.

People are going to have a difference in opinion. Call someone “mental” because there's doesn't align with yours is baffling. You expect kindness and respect but dont hand it out.

If this post bothers you BLOCK ME. You are not meant for me. The lack of empathy or understanding is actually disappointing.

Thrush

EBF mom, are we still breastfeeding our babies if they have thrush in the mouth and you’ve got it on your nipples and are both on medication? We’ve had it for four weeks now using different medicines and the doctor has told me to formula feed for 2 weeks so we can both heal, but I don’t want to stop breastfeeding 😭

Cosleeping

My baby is struggling to settle in his crib these days and I’m exhausted. If I put him in my bed with me, he falls asleep instantly, but I am terrified of SIDS.

I always see posts saying ‘cosleeping is fine if done safely’, so can anyone advise how to make cosleeping safe? I do have an Owlet sock.

TIA x
