Second pregnancy

So, me and my husband have just done the deed and I’m 6 months pp. I’ve just checked my Flo app and it’s the first day of my fertility window!😳 I’m scared to get pregnant especially with me being due near Christmas. I’m curious if I end up pregnant, will they schedule a c section a few weeks earlier for safety reasons…is it a common thing to happen?

You can have a c section and go on to have a vbac no matter when you fell pregnant pp
If you dont want another youre still in the window for plan b

They won’t necessarily schedule one, but since you’ve already had one (if you are pregnant again) given there’s not gonna be 18 months between both births you’ll likely end up having one regardless

If you do get pregnant and you do chose to have a section for safety, it’s usually week 39.

I was booked in early as my second was a Xmas baby, they’ll know best what their hospital is like at Xmas staffing wise over the bank holidays. I was booked for week 38 for baby 2 but due to an issue I was moved to week 37 meaning I thankfully missed Xmas.

I love my Christmas baby. He loves it too because he knows half of the tree his birthday and that other half is Christmas.

NIPT

So I had my test done at 12 weeks and my results came back well half of them any way with not enough fetal DNA. I am just wondering will my ob offer it again or will I have to wait till close to the end?

Should I be concerned

Im 28 week's today. My belly has been feeling tighter than normal and almost achy. Baby has been kicking like crazy and feeling like hes rolling around in there. Ive also had a slightly itchy hand. I have been standing alot today so dont know if this is why. Ive not lost any blood at all.

ARFID & gestational diabetes

So I’m getting a second GTT test on Monday (34+4) after a growth scan showed that baby girls measuring above the 90th centile and i have Polyhydramnios and after thinking about it I think it may be a real possibility (my son’s growth spiked massively between 32-42weeks but not enough to get a test) but I struggle massively with foods, after looking into what I’d be able to eat theres nothing really that i can have so I’m just hoping other people that have been in the same situation can share there experience and what there care looked like, i probably won’t get the results until 35weeks anyway so could they just induce me 2 weeks later as soon as i hit full term or will they just label me as non-cooperative and still make me wait till I’m due?

Flying at 21 weeks ✈️

I am going away in a few weeks, I’ll fly at 21 weeks and fly home at 23 weeks

I’m flying with Jet 2 who don’t require a fit to fly note until 28 weeks.

However I am showing much sooner in this pregnancy, I’m currently 18 weeks but around the same size as I was at 25 weeks last pregnancy.

I have seen online a few cases of women being stopped from boarding a plane without a fit to fly, even if they are before the “threshold”.

Has anyone ever dealt with this or got any advice? Is it worth trying to obtain a note or a fit to fly from my midwife anyway?

I realise there’s no true way of proving my gestation if I am asked at the airport

Thanks :)
