Does anyone else babies teeth seem to be coming through in a strange order?
He has a full set on the top except his big back molars so he has all 4 front teeth, fangs about to pop through any second and his molars and then on the bottom he only has his 2 first teeth but then has 2 molars so there’s a big gap between.
I’ve read they can be missing teeth permanently and it’s panicked me and I’m wondering if anyone else’s little one is similar with only the 2 front teeth but then has molars on the bottom?
He’s 17 months old now..

Yeah my boy is almost 17 months, he has 3 at the top and 3 at the bottom and now cutting molars. Had the 3 front top and bottoms for a few months with no sign of the 4ths so looks a bit uneven! Hes been to the dentist and all is fine according to them. I guess they’ll just come in in their own time! X
My boy is like this. He has 4 at the top plus cutting the top molars and then only 2 at the bottom with no signs of more just yet. It's so odd.
We’re similar! Has his 4 top ones, all his molars but only the two bottom front ones still! Think his canines at the top are also on the way too but no signs of the other bottom ones yet.
