Yes! They had mentioned that was one of the side effects. My headaches aren't that bad though. If they're severe definitely talk to a doctor. I've heard sometimes leaking spinal fluid can lead to severe headaches.

Yes, I had them after my c-section 3 years ago and hated them! They're worst than migraines. 😫 I was told to lay as flat as possible, cover my eyes with a mask, and have the room as quiet as can be. Doing that along with a pain reliever helped!

Yes! I have as well and they were so bad that I had to get a blood patch because they went too deep. After I got a blood patch, within the hour I was back to normal. If they are still worse I would talk with your doctor about a blood patch.

Yes! They accidentally put the epidural into my spinal fluid instead of in between my vertebrae so it caused spinal fluid to leak and gave me severe headaches that caused me to have to get a blood patch 1 week postpartum. But after I got the blood patch, I felt 10x better after a couple hours.

Me! I had complications with my epidural. I was told basically lay flat as much as possible. I got a wedge pillow to help support me during breast feedings that helped. My husband helped al out with mobility. I took Tylenol, drank lots of water/electrolytes, and some caffeine to help. I had a blood patch right after c section but headache started once i had the clear to walk around which was three days after. So just needed to rest my body to fully recover.

30 weeks pregnant with DIDI twins growth scan

Hope everyone is doing well on here.
I had my growth scan yesterday, and originally, the twins were estimated at 28 weeks and were weighing around the same (2.9ilbs/2.6ibs) but the consultant just wanted to double check on my upper twin as they were measuring a little bit smaller than the lower twin.

So today, everything went well. I enjoyed seeing them cuddled up, and both were breached position.

They're now at 3.14 lbs, so I'm overall carrying like 6 pounds and 4.5 ounces altogether (help) 😅🤣

But I'm curious how much dud your guys' babies are all weighing at the moment or at 30 weeks.
Let me know, and I hope everyone is doing ok 🩷🥰

Trigger warning picture of blood🤣 is this normal after getting the coil out on Tuesday?

TTC. So I had sex 3 days before a coil removal .. and the night before coil removal. And now I’m bleeding like this. Is this normal. Is this a period ? Or just from getting it out

placenta position

ive been told my placentas low, has anyone had any good experiences where its moved up away from the cervix? its not fully covering it but its not far off, i have my next growth scan in december at 32 weeks so do i wait til then in hopes its moved and if not then opt for a planned c section? im really wanting to have a natural birth but i fear it might not possible even though i know im never going to be putting myself through pregnancy again after shes born, im only 20 but with my first it was also something to do with the placenta so im kind of just thinking the worst.

Co sleeping 🤦‍♀️

Has anyone else fully given in to co sleeping just to get some rest? I barely even bother trying to resettle now. Just need my sleep! Hoping it passes 🤷‍♀️
