I have a 4 year and 4 month ish age gap. Pretty perfect in my opinion, my first had my undivided attention for a good time and he's old enough now to understand he has a sibling. He loves to be involved but can also be independent if needed plus he's about to be in school full time so it means I get days with our newest addition so she'll get my undivided attention whilst he's at school. Don't get me wrong, it's still hard going from 1 to 2 and meeting both their needs all the time, but I do think it would be even harder if he was younger.

There’s 6 years between my eldest and youngest and I find it really tricky. Eldest is a girl and youngest is a boy and trying to do family activities where everyone is entertained is hard!!

I gave birth to our son in Feb 2025 and we are expecting our second boy in August, so they'll have a 1.5 year age gap. We wanted the little ones to be close in age, so they grow up together. However, this pregnancy is harder cause my body didn't fully recover - I can tell. Also, we are aware that 2 under 2 will be tough

I’ve got a 2 year old, 11 month old and a 2 week old. The age gap is 15 months and 10 month. I personally found 1 baby hard work, 2 and 3 just slotted right in. However there is times where it’s chaos and everyone wants you at the same time, but you just manage. All c sections. Message if you have any questions x

I have a 3.5 year gap between my oldest and then almost 5 year gap between my last two pregnancies and I will say I definitely loved the bigger gaps! It allowed me time to really get through the first couple years of trenches and also get back to a physical places where I felt good about getting pregnant again. Also it allowed me to get into a routine with my oldest before I had my youngest and he was about to go to prek when I had my youngest so I had time to focus on both individually
