Anyone else’s little one have a fav parent?
My girl has always been a mummies girl but it feels so much more intense the past couple months. She kicks off so much for her dad when I’m an option, cries when it’s nappy time, won’t cuddle him, won’t let him carry her, won’t hold his hand… if I’m there everything has to be done by me.
I’m 17 weeks pregnant and absoloutely exhausted. I really want to soak up these last moments with just her but the clinginess is so frustrating sometimes🥲

I had this exact same thing. My son had a really strong preference for my wife and would scream and push me away if I tried to do almost anything with him. But on the days I was home alone with him he was absolutely fine, it was only when she was there.
I took him away for a weekend to my parents, in theory to teach him again that I'm also a safe place and someone he can rely on. He was an angel and has been so much better since. Might be worth a try?
