Prenatal/ baby classes for new mums
Just wondering if anyone knows of any classes for new mums in San Diego that are in person and ideally 3-4 sessions for both birth and looking after baby.
My insurance is with kaiser but they only seem to have online classes. Don’t really have a budget at this point.

Scripps had some great online ones and they’re like $20 max for the online ones if I’m remembering correctly
Hi! I've been taking classes at UCSD. I'm not sure if they accept your insurance, but it's worth checking it out
UCSD has both in person and online classes
I did my classes in person with Sharp; breastfeeding, baby basics, and child birth prep ($30 each).
I gave birth at Mary Burch and they held free classes for moms and their newborns. Although I don’t know if you want to wait until the day or two after birth. 😅
