Hey guys, I’m formula feeding my 11 week old and have been finding lumps in my kendamil milk. I use the hot shot method with the nuby flask, and no matter what I do I find lumps. I’ve tried using more / less water for the hot shot, and putting the formula in scoop by scoop… nothing seems to help!
Does anyone have any tips? Friends of mine have changed formula for other reasons and found other brands to have no lumps which makes me think I need to consider changing…

We've always used kendamil and have never had lumps. We used the normal one with my eldest, and for the first few weeks with this baby. And then the goat one for a few months and then switched to the organic one, and have had no issues with any

We used hot shot with my first, but this time we've been using the fridge method. So making them fresh and storing them in the fridge to warm up when needed. I've always avoided using the nuby or prep machine, seems more of a faff and more things to keep clean, and I'm not sure of the temperature they make the water

That’s the only problem I found with Kendamil that it does go a little lumpy but absolutely loved this milk!
I literally swirled it so much and still had lumps! The only thing I found that reduced this was doing the fridge method. So boil kettle, wait 30 minutes and then prep all the bottles that way then swirl each one (tip up and down etc)
There’s a group on Facebook called Kendamums, have a look on there as I’m sure there’s a few comment about the lumps and how to reduce them! Xx
