Dizziness

Hi, im 20 weeks pregnant and for the last few weeks I’ve been dealing with dizziness. I have a bp monitor and I’ve done a sitting bp and standing, my sitting is normally around 105/66 hr 85 but when I stand it goes 88/75 and my heart rate goes to 130bpm. I also feel insanely dizzy and unwell. I’ve been in and out of triage the last five days because I’ve had high bp readings around 150/100 followed by very low ones, I’m stuck, idk what to do and I have a toddler to look after I can’t function like this…
