I got a text a few days later saying they received it and had a payment in 2 weeks

I got a text saying they received it 2-3 weeks after I sent it

Ok I sent it nearly 3 weeks ago, but obviously we have had Easter bank holiday, so will give it another week or so before I call them. Thanks x

I 5hibk it was about 2 weeks before I got confirmation they had forms, but honestly we waited 8 months before finally getting a payment as they wanted medical info on all her conditions, so much longer than expected for many unfortunately x
