Scar adhesion

Hi ladies - anyone else have a scar adhesion on one side? It is painful on the one side and feels knotty when touched. Is this something that a doctor could help with I.e. refer me to someone? Any advice welcome. Thank you x

Take a look into scar massage. It can really help with scarring that has little movement

I had physical therapy to help with mine since it also felt a bit lumpy on the left side for me apparently they use glue on the outside of my incision and dissolvable stitches in the inside or at least that’s what they told me

I started seeing a specialist physio and got acupuncture on mine which helped massively alongside targeted scar massage

Hi, I had this last summer and I had surgery to remove it all last October! Mine was growing up my bowel on my right side and it had also wrapped around my fallopian tube and ovary, they also had to be removed. I hope you find something that helps you!!
