Tampons
I’m so embarrassed writing this but I really need advice from any tampon girls out there. I’m 34 with 2 kids (vaginally) so why can’t I use tampons?!
I really want to like them and I’ve tried again this cycle and I’m on day 2 so moderate/heavy flow. Done everything to instructions so why can I feel it inside me the whole time? It’s so uncomfortable 😳

Hi my friend is 42 and had 2 kids vaginally as well after having her kids she could never use tampons but last year I convinced her to go for her pap smear and while she was there she asked about tampons and they said that her vaginal layout was slightly off to the right or left can't remember and if she was to use and tampon to guide it so it was fitting her better since then and a bit of testing she is now able to use tampons again
Apparently, it's very common and it could be a similar thing you can always ask from a check up from your local sexual health centre or gp /nurse practitioner and they will be able to tell you if there's a reason
I struggle sometimes. Have you tried different positions, squat or leg on the bath Or maybe even a cup?
