My 3 year old suffers badly on his feet with Pompholyx / Dyshidrotic eczema. Very painful for him and wakes him up at night often. GP prescribes a steroid cream which clears it up but the second we stop using it more appears, very angry and sore. Feel like we are stuck in a viscous cycle. Has anyone experienced similar and found anything alternative or made changes that helped 🙏

I have had it on my hands and it was due to being in contact with certain things
It might sound stupid but what's he wearing? You can have leather allergies, or latex allergies. It could be something he's in contact with
Just cotton socks and shoes, mostly trainers. Maybe we will try a different laundry detergent
