Would I a b*tch if I wanted full custody of my child?

Okay this feels very reddit-y with how I’m posting this. But for context my now ex and I are no together or living together, we were never married. And he used to be sporadic when he saw his daughter, before we created a schedule where he saw her 12 hours a week (his choice) now he’s prioritizing his career over his daughter with overtime, now wanting to see her 4 hours of the week. He’s also been lazy with his shit and agreed to watching her yesterday from 12-3:15, and he was asleep at 12:30 when I showed up (was running late running errands with the baby) and at 2 he texted me if I was on my way over…
Like it’s more than just this but now he wants to sit down and talk today when I bring the baby over to see him- and at this point I feel like I’m going to lay it flat out that with how he’s been going about things with her I want full custody.
For bigger context, he wasn’t extremely helpful throughout my pregnancy, and when I was 2-3 days postpartum from having her he gave me attitude when I asked him to warm up the baby’s water. When he came home from work it was “wake me up and I’ll take care of the baby when she cries” and then 6 weeks postpartum it was 12:45am and he hadn’t come to bed yet only for me to find out he was smoking and drinking saying “you’re the reason I’m depressed”
😃
So like I was patient for MONTHS, but baby is coming into being a year old and I’m absolutely fed the fuck up with how he’s doing shit.

He may still get weekends or some form of visitation, but I don’t think you’re a bitch. You’re doing what’s best for the child and making sure the responsible parent has custody.

Another option is getting him to sign over his rights making you the sole parent with all the rights, but I'm not sure if that's too much and taking it too far, but it is an option .
