Just second pregnancy or twins?

Hi mamas! My name is Ave and I’m pregnant with my second little blessing. I wanted to come on here and ask what some of the things that let you know right away you were pregnant with twins?

In my first pregnancy I was beyond sick, I had slightly high bp, and I didn’t get big until like 30-35 weeks. Like I could have hid my entire pregnancy. When I found out I was 4 weeks and had taken 3 pregnancy tests which all barely showed a line. I thought I had line eyes from staring at them for so long. I then took a clear blue digital and got my positive result.

This time I am only 7 weeks, I’ll be 8 weeks on Wednesday. I am convinced I am having twins but I’m unsure if it is just due to this being my second pregnancy and I have an 8 month old, so my pregnancies are close together.
Some of the things going on are: No nausea, which is the opposite of my first pregnancy. I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks and I took my pregnancy test midday, for it to come back this bright (photo below). I also was only 2 days late for my period at this point. Which was also the opposite of my first pregnancy. I am rapidly showing this time. As I mentioned before I am only 7 weeks and I look the same as I did at 20 weeks in my first pregnancy. I am at a point of wearing maternity clothes already just due to bloating I’m assuming.
Could you mamas just share your opinions please? I don’t know what to think and my first appointment isn’t until April 22nd😭
