Breast pump sterilising
Am I correct in thinking you don't have to sterilise the breast pump once baby is 3-6m?
I understand that bottles should continue being sterilised.

My understanding is it's not necessary to do every time as long as you're washing with hot soapy water but I still sterilise every now and then, maybe even once a week
People are sterilising because of formula, formula can contain harmful bacteria. If you only use breast milk in the bottles then hot soapy water is enough for pumps/bottles x
