Just wondering what your routine is and how much milk/food your LOs are having. I am only asking because i worry so much that maybe they’re not eating enough or I’m not trying hard enough to feed them more (although my husband keeps reassuring me they’re eating enough). My almost 13 month old twins routine is this:
6.30/7 wake up
7/7.15 breakfast (normally half a banana, half a toast with avocado or laughing cow cheese, one date, a few grapes)
9 150ml milk
9.30 nap 1
10.30 wake up from nap 1
11 150ml milk
1 lunch (normally one egg, a couple of slices of toast, cut up fruit or avocado and tomatoes)
1.45 nap 2
3/3.15 wake up from nap 2
3.30 snack (another half a banana and other fruit)
5.30 dinner (whatever we are having)
6.30 210ml milk
7 bedtime
Should I be giving them less milk so they have more appetite for solids?
Thank you

If they actually eat this much food I wouldn’t worry at all!! Sounds absolutely fine!
We only do morning and bedtime milk now (8oz offered for each and she usually finishes both) her food intake is then about the same as what you describe I’d say and then hit and miss how much she eats sometimes she’s in a little and often mood sometimes like last night she’ll eat 3 servings of risotto for dinner lol but what you described sounds like more than enough food I’d only maybe adjust milk if they weren’t actually eating anything offered
