Sleep!
When are peoples 5 month old baby’s going to sleep and waking for the night? I find him getting ready to go to bed at 6 sleep for an hour then ready to go again until 9 but them 2 hours he’s really fussy

We go to be around 9pm, wake at 7am and maybe 2/3 wakes in the night
My baby tends to go to bed around 9:30pm. She tends to have a mini nap around 7/7:30pm though and then sleeps til 7am with usually 1 wake around 3/4am.
My little girl usually goes down to bed between 6 and 7 and sleeps till around 12/1ish but then will wake up regularly after that for feeds every 2 hours and then wakes up for the day anywhere between 6 and 8.
Her naps during the day are pretty none existent and have no pattern so we try to stick to a regular bedtime for some structure. Some days she will only sleep about an hour across 3 separate cat naps other days she will have around 3 hours of daytime sleep!
Has his last nap around 4:30/5 (30 mins) and usually wants bed by 7/7:30 and wakes up at 6/7am 🫣
