Hi, I had 2 under 2 and I’m now 20 months post partum but I cannot shift any of this baby weight. I stopped breastfeeding at 14 months pp. I’ve been swimming, calorie counting, hitting 10000 steps but the weight is not going. I’m sitting at about 92kg and need to get to 75kg to be within a healthy BMI.
I’m going to go to slimming world but is this normal after 2 under 2?

Have you had your bloods looked at? There might be something going on you aren’t aware of like a thyroid issue that causing all your hard work to go nowhere.

I second what Sarah said above. Thyroid is a huge issue. Hormones do take time to get back to where they need to be. Ultimately I would ask, beyond calories in and out, sleep is huge when it comes to weight loss.
Are you sleeping enough?

Birth control can also hinder the weightloss. I wasn’t on any we just use the NFP method and I didn’t want anything hormonal to affect my weightloss journey PP which I managed to lose 44lbs after my 3rd. But I know for many women if they are on birth control that can be a huge factor as some of the side effects is weight gain (or hindering) other issues such has thyroid can affect it but then again I know a mum w thyroid issues and she lost a lot of weight PP, got skinny actually (she was actually taking meds for her thyroid issues) so I dunno why it affects some women and not others.
