My 7 month old has vomited a few times a day since sunday. I originally thought it was a reaction to a pouch of food we gave him on the Sunday however he's eaten the ingredients separately before with no issues.
We saw a friend and her 5 month old on Saturday and then her baby had a few vomiting spells yesterday but is fine today. My sister and brother also were unwell over the weekend and today so this is making me lean towards a bug instead.
I've just offered a bottle and he drank all but 2 ounces then moments later projectile vomited.
How do I approach this? He's never been ill before apart from a minor cold. He doesn't have a fever. Do I just keep offering bottles and keep an eye out for Sign of dehydration? What if he keeps vomiting up after every feed? I know these questions probably sound silly but I'm worried😅

My little boy (14 months) just had norovirus and couldn’t keep any milk down because his tummy was too sensitive. We offered sips of water to keep hydration up but did end up at a&e after he stopped doing any wet nappies.
The main thing to look out for is wet nappies and keep monitoring that. Dairy was also a big no go for us for around a week until his tummy settled again but if you are worried about dehydration id go to your GP and get them to check over x

Just came across this as I’m currently ping through this with my 14 m/o keeps having random episodes of vomiting but is also now constipated and refusing to eat much or drink so getting concerned about him becoming dehydrated. How long did this last for you? Anything that helped? X
