Anyone else’s toddler obsessed with numbers and clocks?

Okay, I need to know if anyone else has a tiny mathematician at home.
My 19‑month‑old counts up to ten, skips to twenty, loops back to one, and is OBSESSED with clocks. He’ll point at the short hand and try to tell me the time like he’s late for a meeting. He’s even adding little numbers.

I don’t tell people because they look at me like I’m making it up. Please tell me I’m not alone.

Mine is more interested in the alphabet but my now 3 year old was very into numbers early on, too

There is this show called number blocks an it’s a great help to teach them basic math and numbers

My toddler is obsessed with cars right now.
Like old man level obsession, lol.
I’ve watched car shows on YouTube and we walk around the neighborhood and look at all the cars almost daily because that’s just what he wants to do.

yes he is! It started with Super simple songs, reading, and posters. When he looked at the clock in our living room he started putting things together and could name the number the long and short hand.

I'm trying to teach my 3 year old how to read time. But that's awesome, my 18mth old does count to 10, it's so cute to hear at this age!

I suggest buying a clock in the house (especially in their room or living room) that way it gives them exposure to time and then they will have a fascination with numbers.
Max started rambling numbers everytime he sees a clock, to where he would say the number the short hand was on. I’ll wait later on in the year to teach him how to count by 5’s. Lol
