Some Encouragement

I just wanted to offer some encouragement to all the moms who are potty training right now. We started last week Wednesday (sitting him on the toilet every 45 mins and letting him be naked in the backyard) and my son loved it. The second day on he hated everything about it. Didn't even want to go into the bathroom. Days 2-5 were horrible, I assumed we were pushing too hard too soon and wanted to quit. Today he's gone to the bathroom by himself at least 5 times and has only had one accident... he also was a little late once but he recognized he needed to go and tried to get there! I'm sure we will have more set backs but I am so impressed with the drastic improvement.

My daughter is very stubborn but using a treasure chest for rewards and the Ms Rachel potty training video and book were incredibly helpful when she was super anti potty training.
