Is your 5 month old baby grabbing toys and putting them in their mouth? Also are they sitting up?
My baby only put toys in her mouth occasionally if I put them in her hands first

Doing both, but with caveats - assisted sitting, either between my legs or a snug chair. Reaching/grabbing if presented with stuff. Doesn't reach during tummy time. Everything goes in the mouth (20 wks)
Def reaching for toys and putting in mouth. Only sitting with assistance/propped up. Just turned 5mo old.
My little boy is 6 months today and still doesn’t put toys to his mouth and isn’t sitting unaided xxx
He wishes he could sit up by himself! 🥴
Can do the toys to mouth and supported sitting, 5 months in a couple of weeks.
Baby is 6 months but 5 corrected. She grabs and puts things in her mouth but no where with sitting
