No you don’t need to go to the GP if she is coping well. They won’t give anything as it’s viral.

No you don’t need to take her to the gp. That said we did take our son to a&e as he had a spot right by his eye and my oh works in an opticians and was advised to.

You don't need to take children to the doctors with chicken pox.
I fact it's advised against because you can expose them to vulnerable people like pregnant women

No medication to give. Just don’t give ibuprofen

No you don’t need to take her to the gp if she’s clinically well but what i do suggest though is seeing if you can do an online consult to request it to be added to her medical records. I say this as a midwife who has cared for patients who no longer have their mothers and don’t know at their booking appointments if they had chicken pox, vaccinations etc. if it’s on the notes we can search and get our answers

The immune system will naturally fight the virus. Things such as virasoothe and poxiclin can speed up the external healing

I can do mine through the nhs or patient access app. Not all surgeries have this so you may just need to call up.

Nothing else to do but I would also suggest, for itching, bath her in oats. You can put it in a mesh bag en swish it through the bath. And Aveeno oats for kids lotion is als great. The oats baths really helped soothe my daughter alot.
