Stomach pain

Just turned 15 weeks and it’s my first baby, I’ve started getting stabbing pains in my lower tummy and general aches and pains there. Is it normal? I don’t really have a bump yet

Is it continuous? Or comes and goes? Im 15 w today woth round ligament pain but thats it x

It could be round ligament pain where things are stretching. I've had that from about 10 weeks. Especially if its triggered by coughing, laughing or movement and it goes away after a bit. If you're concerned then definitely contact your midwife but maybe google round ligament pain and see it matches what you're feeling?

Anyone who has gone over 40 weeks

I’m currently 41 weeks today, my last appointment was when I was 40 weeks, I don’t have an appointment until 41+5 but that’s for a scheduled c section if I don’t go into natural labour, but surely I should be seen before that to see if baby is okay or if I’m dilated?

How much maternity and breast pads to put in hospital bag?

Theres no clear answer to how much I need I read from a checklist from a private antenatal class I been attending I may need 10 a day. Thats way too much to buy! Plus I bought a box of 60 disposable breastpads but dont know if I need a whole box for the hospital bag.

Gestational diabetes

Yeah, so I got it 🥲 Found out today. I really didn’t want this but at least I have an explanation for the size of my huge boy. But after IVF, OHSS, HG, placenta previa and low iron, insomnia etc etc and now we gotta top it up with a bit of diabetes as well. Why not?

Get this baby out of me!!

Second baby

Is anyone about to have their second baby and really frightened of birth? I had a really positive experience with my first baby it was so empowering! Now I have my little boy I am really fearful of birth? How do I overcome this

Has anyone had a third c section? I’m keen to know how it went to them and what th pain was like afrerwards?
