It’s a journey but amazingly beautiful watching your first bond with your second.
What will your age gap be?

Start getting her use to others doing things for her. Like have dad start trading off doing bedtime. Long before she knows about baby. At three there will be tons of ways she can help use that to your advantage. Refer to it as our baby (and if you know gender your sister/brother) to give ownership. We we had our 3rd the kids each picked a special gift for baby and baby had a special gift for them.
A big think people told me was to narrate when you are putting her first. Rather then her always hearing hold on a minute I need to finish feeding baby. Also say things like hold on a minute baby I need to help sister with her shoes or I'll change you in just a minute baby as soon as I finish reading this book to sister. It helps her hear she has to share your time and attention but hasnt been replaced. Have grace for regressions (they can happen anytime) and sometimes you have to learn to not see things. nursing the baby. I cant see you eating cherrios while you dance on the table b/c there's nothing I can do

Congratulations you've got this have love and grace for Evwryone and you will find your way through with a smile on your face and joy in your heart because they are blessings beyond blessings ❤️

Congratulations 🎊
