Night feeds

Are you still feeding every 2-3 hours at night? If not, how long are you waiting before feeding?
I am breastfeeding

We were told as she went back up to birth weight that we don't need to wake her up during the night and to wait for her cues. My baby is 6 weeks old for reference

What happens if you don't breastfeed?

Probably a stupid question but idk, if you choose to formula feed what happens when your milk comes in and how do you avoid mastitis?

Colostrum harvesting

Anyone else having real difficulty?? So demoralising. I was wondering if people have any tips…

Also how long should you try for? I’m getting minuscule drips but nowhere near even 0.1ml. 🥺

Thanks in advance

Silly question

My 1 week old seems to barely be awake, I know wake windows are really short at this age but is it normal for him to only be awake 1-2 hours a day?!

Left baby to cry

My six month old is exclusively breastfed, and from 2 months old he slept like a dream 8 hours plus, he fell asleep at the boob and then i put him in the crib and he slept all night. However, since 4 months old he has woken every 45 minutes and nothing will quieten him other than to be placed on the boob, he isnt hungry because he barely drinks.

Today, after two months of no sleep (partner sleeps in other room), baby was very fussy the whole day and i feel like ive ignored him, he has still been fed, changed etc but i just feel like i havent got the energy, no idea what to do 😭😭

Sleep trainers

Are sleep trainers worth the money? I really feel like my husband and I have made a rod for our backs! Our little boy is 13 months and to go to bed he has a bath, book, bottle and then lays in our bed with one of us until he falls asleep and then we transfer him to his cot and that’s where he stays until 7/8am we’ve done this since he was born! The problem is I return back to work in a few days and it’s just not possible putting him to bed this way! Some nights I’m with him for an hour getting him to go to sleep! He’ll also be staying with our mums and I know they can’t lay in bed with him and wait either! I just don’t know what else to do!!!
