Gap between c-sections

Had my second section mid Nov 2025. Surgeon said as I was leaving theatre to wait 3 years before having another.
Would you take that as wait 3 years before getting pregnant or 3 years until another section?
Thanks

Generally, the longer it's been since your last, the better, as this gives everything time to heal and to minimize any complications. So if you want to be safe, I'd go with 3 years gap before trying to conceive again.

Has anyone else been through a bad time with a c section?

I had a c section 3 and a half weeks ago and it’s been a nightmare since. I was hoping to find some people to talk to who’s been through a traumatic healing process with a c section?

How do people push for hours?

I thought the pushing stage was supposed to be quick so baby didn't get too stressed or stuck.

I pushed my 2nd for literally 10 minutes and they were already telling me baby was tired and I had to push harder. 🙃

But I just saw a video of a lady saying she pushed for 3 hours? Does it just depend on how baby is coping?
