I read a lot of tips online as to how to begin EC, but I’d love to hear what worked for all of you? Such as schedules, the signs, how to hold the baby, etc. I have a three month old baby boy.
Thank you all in advance !

I would say get to know their poo face, that’s the easiest place to start ☺️ it’s sometimes easier when they’re becoming a little less liquidy! I started around 4m I think, then I’d always sit on the potty at nappy changes in the hope of catching a wee (much less obvious when they need one of those!) I would always use the baby sign for potty too, so before he could talk he could sign potty to me, and I’d always sit him on the potty if he signed ☺️ he was trained by 17m. Good luck! 💚

Understanding the best time to catch and using those opportunities. Consistency is important! Slowly you’ll learn his body language. There will be misses but each catch is a win! Don’t discouraged if you struggle to get it right, he might catch on quicker than you think.

how’s it going now? I’m trying to start with my 4m old
