I’m so confused and insights would be amazing.
So we started to try to get pregnant when I was 28 years old. I only managed to get pregnant and have my baby at 32.
My baby is now 9 months old.
So the options for baby nr 2 :
Waiting to my baby is 12 months (just about not having 2 under 2 )
Or wait until she is 3 so we don’t need to pay two nursery fees? But I’m a little worried I’ll get too old to have a 3rd if I would like one later on.
Arghh
A part of me would just go for it now, because I had difficulties getting pregnant before but I’m terrified I would get pregnant straight away.

We waited until my first was three as we couldn’t afford double Nursery fees! I had a September baby with my first so effectively he had a full extra year at Nursery!

Our basis for trying for our second was waiting until we were past the two under two stage…also you never know how long it will take trying after that anyways.
Not sure about the 3 year old and nursery fees as surely you’d have to pay the same for them in nursery then as you would if the were 2? Sorry if I’m missing something there…

Maybe start when your little one is 2 so by time you have the baby your baby would effectively 3 😁

26 months between twin boys and son then 7 yrs before having baby girl

I had my daughter at 31 years & am not planning a 2nd until she's at school. So I'll be 35 - 37 by the time I have another. Of course it could be hard but it's not predictable. Fertility drops sharply around the time we hit 40, so I personally see 37/38 as my own cut off point for trying as it gives 2 - 3 years... but in your shoes as it took so long I'd probably consider starting once my baby turned 2?

As you get older theres more risks nearer you are to 40 maybe do a little research of an older mum
