Anyone packing the Frida mom instant ice maxi pads with disposable knickers ? Getting confused and overwhelmed on what to take I keep seeing different things 🥲🥲

I've heard good things about them and also about the spritz for bits and I personally went but, to be honest I struggled with a UTI postpartum with my last pregnancy (firstborn) and even the peri bottle was agonising for me and didn'twant anything else down there. I guess my point is, whilst they can be great products, don't stress if you can't afford/justify purchasing them all. A peri bottle is probably the only thing I will consider essential enough this time round 😅 But disposable underwear for the win, definitely!

I had them for my second the fact they are extremly thick was not comfortable at all for me 🤷🏻♀️. Only used it once and went for adult nappy and a special cold pad with lansinoh x

I just got regular postpartum pads and spread some aloe Vera and witch hazel on them before popping them in the freezer! Super easy. I’ve also bought some disposable pants just for while in the hospital, although they’re a little tight 😅.

I used the frida pants for my last pregancy and nothing else in the kit. Used cheap maternity pads. But I got the for the sole purpose they can do straight in the bin if needed.
I didnt want to use the sprits as I didnt like anything touching down there after being cut open. I just let everything leave and changed pads regularly
