Not even 24 hours PP!

What the actual, are these after pains second baby, feels like I still have contractions 😭 I am so sore too everywhere but have stitches so can’t even soak in the bath. What else can I do

i’m pregnant with my second and wanting to breastfeed this time round , i never with my first as i just didn’t want to put myself under too much stress as we was moving house and obviously having my first , but this time we’re settled and well suppose i know what I’m doing 🤣❤️
so im looking for any tips/recommendations that any of you have !

This hasn’t happened to me (yet), but now I’m low-key stressing… has anyone experienced this?? Did your baby actually refuse feeds or was everything fine?

Would love some real experiences because social media has me spiralling a bit 🥲

Co sleeping

Hi moms.
I need some help/advice.
I have twin boys (7.5 months). One sleeps amazingly through the night, and one isn't able to sleep without someone sleeping with him (I live with my in-laws and we take turns with the boys, and they always co-sleep).
Ive asked them numerous times not to, and to use the pack n play that we have set up in their room (until we get another crib). Ive had MULTIPLE conversations and arguments with my husband about it (its a culture thing to co-sleep).
My whole thing is ive never liked it or wanted to do it. You want to, sure you do you but dont ask me to do it.
My mil was injured at work so I do understand it is easier for her to have one of them sleep in their bed (incase needs to feed in the middle of the night).
Im at my wits end because I'm having a now 3 hour battle getting one twin to sleep in his crib. He knows as soon as he makes contact with his bed he's not with someone and screams/sobs bloody murder.
I dont know what to do or how to help him.
I dont want him to be 5 years old and still sleeping with his grandparents 😪

Panic Attacks Postpartum

I am currently 7 months postpartum with twins and I seem to be having some mini panic attacks. Has anyone went through this, if so, how’d you navigate it?

7 month old starting to wake through the night

Hey everyone

My little girl is 7 months tomorrow and she has suddenly started waking several times through the night.

We haven’t changed her routine - she is going down to sleep at about half 7 and previously slept through until about 6:30/7am but for the last couple of days she is repeatedly waking up.

Last night she woke up 12 times through the night. She will wake up and be extremely distressed, we will try and give her opportunity to self soothe and try to shush her before picking her up but this isn’t working. We are finding that the second we pick her up, she is falling straight back to sleep however is then waking up again after a really short interval.

This seems to have happened completely out of the blue and I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this at roughly the same time and if anything helped?

I had the thought “I hate you” and it scared me 😭

I’m 2 weeks PP and sleep deprived and exhausted. I had the thought and then felt incredibly guilty and scared. I love my baby so much and I would never do anything to hurt her so this thought freaks me out. I think more accurately I’m just struggling right now and hate some of the changes in my life.
