My son has never done a stretch longer than 3 hours ever and that is very very rare in itself. He relies on feeding back to sleep, rocking, being walked around the room. At this point I am truly shattered. I have always been against sleep training but some nights I am so shattered and as I’m on my own I just can’t cope anymore I leave him to cry thinking he will tire himself out, nope. He can go on and on and on. I am just at the end of my tether now. My first born was the exact same and she still wakes up around 4x per night at 5 years old but she settles within seconds if I just go in and put a hand on her as she wants to feel someone is there. I just want to know what I am doing wrong. I’ve tried shorter naps longer naps white noise co sleeping longer wake windows shorter wake windows more food in the day, nothing

Here to say I’m here with you. We typically have 3 to 4 wakes a night where he needs to be rocked or fed to sleep. Absolutely shattered and now considering some light sleep training as we do think he has developed quite strong sleep associations :(
