Am I being dramatic

I posted a couple days ago about losing my plug throughout the day in big chucks and I had no contractions or tightenings just kept coming out. Since last night I haven’t been able to sleep because of nausea and pain in my stomach and back, I’ve gone to the toilet about 6 times, could this be my body clearing itself? I didn’t have any pain this morning but since i’ve been relaxing i’ve had tightenings right down in my pelvis, some painful some not. I’m 36+3 so have been advised by midwife to call if i have tightenings but i wouldn’t say they’re regular so I don’t know whether i just monitor it or call them? I hate calling and it turning out to be nothing 🙈 It’s my second pregnancy but was induced the first time round so I never experienced this!

Do you remember how painful the induction pains were? Are these as painful?

Can’t get on top of my own health

Guys I’m starting to get seriously annoyed about not being able to get myself fit and strong again.

I had a rocky birth, which took forever to recover from and now we just jump from illness to illness (thanks nursery germs 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️).

My daughter’s 19 months and I don’t think I’ve even had a stretch of time where I can get even remotely fit yet. I’m not talking full blow work out multiple times a week in the gym. But at the same time how are we all supposed to fight off these germs plus handle the exhaustion of sleepless nights? It’s like I don’t stand a chance. I can’t build any resilience up.

I’m constantly exhausted. I had bloods done and they all came back perfect. Deep down I know I’m just not fit or strong enough.

Any tips for moving at a micro speed back to feeling well again?

Struggling with GD

Hi ladies, any tips on how to control your diet. I’m in the process of getting layed off from work and dealing with gestational diabetes via diet control. It’s been tough since I usually crave sugar especially during stressful times.

First timer

Is it normal to say you’d like a vaginal birth with epidural but plan for c section if any complications arise or need for inductions?

Anaesthesia appointment

Hi!
Ive been given an appointment with a consultant and it just says anaesthesia appointment. Does anyone know what this could be for? Everyone I know who’s had babies recently said they never had this appointment and no ones said anything to me at any appointments.
