Guys I’m starting to get seriously annoyed about not being able to get myself fit and strong again.
I had a rocky birth, which took forever to recover from and now we just jump from illness to illness (thanks nursery germs 🙄🤦🏼♀️).
My daughter’s 19 months and I don’t think I’ve even had a stretch of time where I can get even remotely fit yet. I’m not talking full blow work out multiple times a week in the gym. But at the same time how are we all supposed to fight off these germs plus handle the exhaustion of sleepless nights? It’s like I don’t stand a chance. I can’t build any resilience up.
I’m constantly exhausted. I had bloods done and they all came back perfect. Deep down I know I’m just not fit or strong enough.
Any tips for moving at a micro speed back to feeling well again?

Vitamin C and zinc keep the Length of colds down a bit. Eventually you'll sleep normally again. It's hard!
