Need someone to talk to

I’m currently 31 weeks and 2 days and I’ve had a hard time connecting with people since I’m the first of my friends to be having a kid. I’ve also lost a lot of “friends” during my pregnancy and just feel really alone. I just really need someone to talk to, especially other women who understand what I’m going through right now.

I am 34 weeks today and my only mom friends are my cousins and their children are 8 & 9 lol

I’m 32 + 4 and never really had many friends to begin with. Pregnancy is definitely a very lonely time! I’m happy to chat and talk about all the struggles!

You can always reach out! Im in a similar boat where all my friends my age are single and being married already plus me an arms length away, now add in that I'm 8 months pregnant 😵‍💫 Last week had to tell a friend I couldn't go on a long walk and she said I was "overreacting" bc i was super active before pregnancy. Like.... nah why don't you try this out and then go for a long walk with a 5lb baby in you and swollen ankles 🤣

Birth control

I had my 6 week pp check yesterday and I got cleared and accepted birth control but I’m very nervous about taking them. The last time I had birth control I had the implant and had really bad depression and anxiety. And I’m also worried that I might not want another child. I just think I’m mostly worried about my mental health on birth control.

Lack of village

I’m expecting my second baby in late June early July. I’m desperately trying to figure out child care for my two year old while I deliver. My parents live two and a half hours away and frankly are less than dependable. They have let us down several times. I have one close friend who could potentially watch my daughter at-least until my parents arrive. I’m nervous to ask her because she’s very early in her own pregnancy and is of course absolutely exhausted. I’m just so tired of never having a village or any family to depend on.
