Anyone else’s baby super big??

He’s so tall I’m almost scared bc is that normal 😭 like he’s bigger than every baby I’ve seen that’s older than him, I’m about 5’8-5’9
He’s 30inches maybe more? And about 21lbs he’s almost too long for 12mo clothes
He’s longer than my torso, he sits up all by himself but doesn’t want to roll over yet.
(He was born with club feet that’s why he has boots and bar (: )
He was born Nov 17th 2025

My son was very tall as a baby they told me if he carries on with his growth he would be 6’6 when he is fully grown, he is 4 now and 4ft already he towers over his friends 😂

Hes so cute. And u cant really say because sometimes the kids that are tall at early age stop growing and end up being average or short.

Forceps or c-section

This may be a unique question to ask but is there any moms out there who had a forceps and episiotomy with their first baby and then chose an elective C-section for their second?

I can’t say my labour was the worst because I had a spinal block. So by the time I delivered my baby by forceps I didn’t feel a thing because I was numb from the waist down. But I did find recovery a bit harder than I thought it would be. I know a section isn’t a walk in the park either so just wanted to see if anybody had experienced both and which did you prefer. Or if you’ve got a perspective then please share your thoughts.

Please note this isn’t a post for people to share scary birth stories. Please keep it to facts only about recovery if you’ve experienced both. Thanks 😃

when did y’all go into labor?

I went to my 39 week appointment today, I’m 39w 2d. My cervix is closed still. If y’all had a closed cervix at 39 weeks when did you go into labor?

Feeling down

I’m sure we’ve all had up and down days but just recently it’s the lowest I’ve felt since having my LO. Just feeling low in general, crying at the smallest things etc and I just wondered if anyone else has hit a weird “low” mark?

C section questions

Hiii everyone! I’m a soon to be mum and also have type 1 diabetes. I’ve always been told I’d need a c section if I was to get pregnant but now I’m being told I have the option of how I want to give birth.. I had my mind prepared for a c section but then my midwife terrifieddddd me about it. Just hoping those who have had one could please share their stories and give me some reassurance 💛✨
