Does anyone have any experience of getting a c section under general anaesthetic? I had mine a month ago and it was so traumatic I don't really know where to begin on processing everything that happened to me. Any help or advice or personal stories would really help! Xx

The hospital should’ve referred/signposted u to a service where u can talk about this and have it explained to u? Sorry u went thru this hunny, I had a csection too but luckily mine went okay… can u call the hosp re this or health visitors for help xx

I had my daughter almost 6 months ago. With spinal, epidural and eventually GA when i started feeling pain. I had hypoxia and respiratory failure when coming round i needed high flow oxygen and itu (for me this was in a different hospital to my daughter). Now im receiving cbt by talking therapies. Im pretty sure you get referred as a self referral or see if someone can put you in touch with the perimental health team
