After I had the flu I lost a lot of weight and was at my thinnest and the skin stayed 😅 I do abdominal exercises 2-3x weekly and cardio daily, also weight lifting 2x weekly and nothing tightens it up. Ive learned to accept it

My weighted Hoola Hoop really helped me but you do have to watch what you eat too.
