How are your babies falling asleep?

Baby is now 20 weeks and we have to rock him to sleep for bedtime and every nap. He then wakes up multiple times at night as he needs rocking back to sleep.
How are we all putting little ones to sleep and how did you get there?
I’ve tried drowsy but awake, letting him fuss a bit, tried settling in crib etc. but nothing works.

My baby has to be rocked and ssh’ed to sleep every day time sleep and fed to sleep at nighttime. She also refuses cot naps. It has to be next to me or on me or looking at me in the pram.

Rock, shh and feed to sleep currently! He is also waking constantly with the 4m sleep regression so looking to start training him to self settle 😬

Put down drowsy into next to me with white noise/dummy. Can take a few minutes of moving about till she settles. Sometimes will wake through the night for cuddle/bottle or dummy. We recently changed from leaving the lamp on to turning it off when putting her down and have found a big difference with this

My daughter (3yo) just woke up terrified at 4:30am...

She got out of bed screaming, me and my partner went in her room and she was terrified saying something was in her bed. I looked and she peed her bed so I assumed it was just that. She refused to get back in bed she was literally shaking she was so scared... I brought her in my room and she did the same thing when I tried to put the blanket on... She won't let me put her down at all... I had to ask my partner to call off work because I also have an 8mo...she keeps saying it's a wormy and wormy bit her on the leg. Theres no bite, I thought maybe a snake got in but I dont see anything in her room... She is just so scared and I don't know what to do... Everytime I out her on my bed she creeks out... And even when we hold her occasionally she still freaks out saying the wormy is back... I don't know what scare dher but it scared her good...

Contact Naps

When did your baby stop contact napping? My son is 21 weeks old and still only contact naps. He won’t go down for a nap at all. He sleeps in his next to me at bedtime but not during the day he wakes up straight away.

Was anyone else’s baby the same? What did you do to change it? I don’t mind the contact naps at all I love that he only sleeps on me. However I’m sick of not being able to get anything done during the day when I’m on my own.

Dripping milk

Very early postpartum - what do people do about dripping milk? I don't want to wear bras because of engorgement.
My shirts are constantly soaked. Currently just carrying around a towel underneath

Sleep regression hell

This is actually impossible. She just wouldn’t sleep last night, like the whole night 🫣 she had to be held but still woke up every 10 minutes or less for the entire night. She won’t go in the pram for a nap (we’ve never cracked a cot nap) so is in the carrier but has been shouting at me for an hour. I am SO overstimulated and touched out and it’s not even midday 🙃 how long did your regression last if you’re out the other side please xx

Calpol

How are you administering calpol for the jabs without them spitting it out? The syringe is massive and the dose is 2.5ml!
