Boyfriend didn’t text me all day because he was taking a “mental health break” which apparently means not texting me. just wanna feel loved and wanted :/

All day is fucking crazy no even when my bf has his mental health breaks he still keeps me in the loop all day at least send me a text or call rq so that’s crazy all day in my opinion

Stop and back up. Worry more about the cause than the effect. Why didn’t he want to talk to u on his mental health day.? See if he’s comfortable communicating that problems can’t be brought up on those days so yall can talk and yall both feel seen. Rn he needs u to understand and see him then address ur issue after u understand him

girl i just got broken up with 3 months postpartum, its been a long day for the both of us… keep your chin held high and stay positive its hard to accept certain things from people that you wouldnt do to them but itll be okay, maybe you should express your feelings to him and tell him how “tajing a mental health break” made your mental health decline slightly.

Hi, my baby is 4 weeks old today and he’s drinking 150ml which equals to 5.28 uk oz every 4 hours, he drains the bottle & starts to become unsettled around the 2 and a half / 3 hour mark and nearly chews my hand off for his dummy. I’m going to speak to my health visitor about upping his oz but every time I’ve googled it, they say that it’s far too much for his age. Anyone else had this with their little one?

Exemption Certificate

I am 4 months postpartum and I’ve only just realised that I’ve never got my exemption certificate. Has anyone else been in the same boat before and managed to get one so late on?🤦🏼‍♀️

Epidural

Ngl, I need a little pick me up, I feel very defeated tonight; my mind isnt being kind. I know I shouldnt compare but I cant help but do it but all my friends who have had babies didnt have the epidural, all they had was gas and air and now I wish I never had it, its messed my back up and I feel weak that I had it.

Can I hear some positive stories about the epidural, if there is any. My back hasnt been the same since and its really getting me down.

18 month Developmental Milestones

Hey mamas 🤍 I just wanted to see if anyone else has felt this way…

Lately I’ve been worrying a lot about my baby’s development, especially when it comes to speech/communication and social skills. He does say some words like “night night,” “up,” “uh oh,” “mama,” “dada,” and a few others (even some letters lol), but he doesn’t really use words like “more” or “please” even though I say them all the time. He does understand them though, and he follows directions like when I tell him not to do something.

We went to the park recently and he watched the older kids playing, but didn’t really interact much with the younger ones. He’s pretty independent and kind of keeps to himself, but at home he plays with us, makes good eye contact, and is affectionate. Around strangers, he usually ignores them if they call his name.

One other thing I’ve noticed is he really likes wheels and spinning toys. He’s not obsessed or anything, but he’ll play with them for maybe 10 minutes and then move on to something else. He just gets excited anytime he notices a wheel somewhere 🛞

I know every baby develops differently, but I can’t help feeling anxious. I took the M-CHAT-R online and it came back “medium risk,” which made me spiral a bit 😕 His 18-month appointment is coming up in June, so I’ll definitely be bringing all of this up then.

Has anyone experienced/ is experiencing something similar? How did things turn out for your little one? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences 🤍

5pm fussing till 9/10pm

Anyone elses little one just randomly become difficult come 5/6pm?

Literally gets to 6pm and all newborn dies is fuss and cry, only way to calm him is to give him the boob till he doses off asleep then we go back round in circles as he moans minute I put him down this goes on till about 9/10pm

This has gone in for a good 4 nights, currently 12 days old

Post partum hair loss, the big chop??

i’m 3 months post partum and my hair is falling out by the handful 💔. my hair is quite long (hip length) and i think im going to have to chop it. did you guys have a big chop? if so how much did you cut off?
