Cramping

Some cramps are normal as the uterus is expanding for growing baby. Keep an eye on them though

I had the exact same, but it is definitely worrying when you experience them. As Amy said it’s likely to be your uterus growing but if the pain gets worse or you start to experience bleeding speak to your midwife team x

I had this in the early days too. Cramps are normal. ☺️ As said above, of course get checked if any bleeding.

This was me last week, one week earlier than you, turned out to be just a few cramps and nothing more

I had cramps in my first trimester on and off! And I’m sat here with my 9 day old now so try not to worry too much, if they get very intense or you get any bleeding, it’s worth contacting a health professional
