This is my first teachers appreciation week.
My daughter goes part time so I brought something on the days she went.
Monday — homemade cookies
Wednesday — mini sodas
Friday — something thoughtful (had my daughter draw something and I put a drink, snack my daughter picked and a tea candle.
I see a lot of fancy things online but I’m sitting here like gosh this was a lot and also gosh this wasn’t good enough.

I don’t think we do that here in the UK but that seems like more than enough to me especially if it’s a whole week and they have 10s of students! Each teacher must be absolutely overwhelmed with items so I feel like consumables are great

I was a preschool teacher and anything we get is great! It can be really overwhelming sometimes and knowing the parents took time out of their day to think about us at all is enough!

That’s so sweet! Even little things make their day. One of my favourites was when one of our little girls brought us a bunch of sunflowers she had picked from her grandma’s garden. I’m super allergic but it still made me so happy every times is saw them even though my watery eyes 😂

Former daycare here! Consumables and a meaningful card were always my favorite. I still have many of the thank you notes and cards even now ❤️
