I see a lot of moms posting to vent, which is completely fine, but I wonder, would you consider a therapist? I vent to my therapist and she has some wonderful tools that help me cope.

I think everyone could benefit from therapy

I tried therapy it just wasnt for me, I've tried multiple times with different therapists its not for everybody I believe

I’ve never tried therapy but I found openly talking about the DV I was subjected to has really helped me personally

Love therapy, wish more people did it. Wish it was more accessible and affordable. I attribute therapy as to why I have a happy and healthy marriage and putting an end to generational trauma. I also don’t have a need to trauma dump or vent to friends constantly as that’s what my therapist is for so it’s helped have healthier friendships.

Not interested in therapy, rather vent to family and close friends lol.
Thankfully, I am blessed with many great relationship's.
