So my little girl is just over 6m, wakes in the morning any time between 6-7 am, she’ll have about a 2 hour wake window and have her first nap. This is about a 45 min to 1 hour nap. Her next wake window is longer, can be up to 3 - 3.5 hours long, then she has her next nap which is an hour or more.
Now, today for example she woke around 4 pm from her nap, her bedtime is usually around 8 pm and we try to get a nap inbetween. Is this a sign she’s ready to drop her 3rd nap?
I can’t seem to time her last nap now before bedtime now her wake windows are getting bigger and she fights it like CRAZY😭 but would this mean I should start an earlier bedtime now and get her to bed for 7? It just seems a bit early but she’s been awake for 4 hours now which seems way too long 🤣 Tia x

Dont be dropping a 3rd nap, have a short nap and get her to bed at the end of the wake window whether thats 7pm or 8pm xx

Have you considered capping the second nap? I’m not going to lie, I know they say never to wake a sleeping baby but I do 😬
